this, apparently is an extremey rare kit. my father gave it to me when I was in EL Paso. only a couple small parts were missing, but nothing too noticeable. this took me 4 days to complete. and since there were no decals, i did everything by hand. I must say, i'm proud of the US markings on the planes. I watched the 2001 Pearl Harbor movie while working on this. and even though there's tons of historical innacuracies, the destruction of the USS Arizona affected me more than ever. just seeing her explode like that, whether it's looking at the real footage, or looking at the re-enactment, sends shivers down my spine.
