Best grey for Doolittle Raider

OK, found that FS36173 is the color for the bottom grey. Vallejo Model Color would be 992. Can't find what would be comparable in Model Air.

Or the simplest solution - use the Vallejo Model Color. It's the same paint as the 'Air', and just needs thinning, which can be done with water. Effectively, you'll be paying the same price, but for twice as much paint as the ready-thinned 'Air' version.
 
As with any thinning ratio, this will depend on the airbrush, the nozzle, the pressure and the distance being sprayed, as well as the width of the required spray pattern. Start with 50/50 and see how it sprays, but you'll probably need somewhere around 60/40, thinner/paint.
