Add some cheese curds and you could be in neighboring Wisconsin. We often drive North from Illinois to Milwaukee to eat at Karl Mader's-best German restaurant in the State..Well, since the Bride was from Minnesota I suspect it was a drunken beerfest with lots of Tater Tot Hot Dish type stuff for the Wedding Dinner. Probably had a Polka Band at the reception
Come to think of it I just described my buddies wedding, what I remember of it anyway.
