Bf-109 main gear -- gear down/up wing indicators

Greetings, folks:

Would anyone know for sure if the Bf-109G series of fighters had main landing gear down/up wing indicators, such as on the Emils? Your help is much appreciated, as I am constructing a Fine Molds G-2, and want to get it as accurate as I can....

Hi my Friend,

I see to what you are reffering to. On the 109E, there is such device you are right. But as far as I know between 109E and G models there are big differences.
I've had a quick look to my Bf109G ETL (spare part list from 1942 ) and there are no reference to such device (but I can be wrong) and also looking back to all G models I saw in airshow...don't remember this.
As far as I know of, on the G models the gear indicator, is only present in the cockpit with light indicator ref : Fl32526. (Fahrwerksanzeige)
