I'm looking for any photos of Canadian ace Bill Atkinson's Hellcat(s). I have been unable to find anything after a fair amount of google searching, so I'm wondering if anyone else has anything?

Hey Cory, you also got me looking but I didn't have much luck.

However, did you come across this article? ARC Air Discussion Forums > Canadian (RCN) Hellcat or Corsair

Some good discussion there and they apparently pinned down the s/n and a/c number.

Thanks guys. I hadn't seen that one, I suppose that's enough information to get a model out of it. I'm thinking of doing Atkinson's Hellcat and Leslie Durno's Corsair for the aces build. Both were Canadian FAA aces, and I think Atkinson was the only FAA Hellcat ace while Durno was the first FAA Corsair ace. Information seems slim on both of them and their planes, though I've still managed to find a photo and a profile of Durno's Corsair.
