My interpretation. Letters on sides differ from movie airplane. Heller kit plastic is different from what I'm used to. Some parts fit well, others are tough due to scarcity of locating pins. Fun build.

That's an idea. I've been thinking of building the snowplow bus. Have found 1/72 scale WW2 Opel Blitz bus models around, which are not the brand of the bus used in the movie(can't find the actual brand/model), but could be a suitable imitation. I'd have to build the snow plow blade using sheet stock or cardboard. I may give it a try. The Harvards and the helicopter would certainly complete the diorama. Would need to find 1/72 scale Kubelwagens and BMW sidecar outfits. (The bikes would be tiny). It's fun.Nice one !
I can hear that distinctive music playing, as it wends its way though the mountains.
Now your nest task, should you choose to accept it, is to build one of the Harvards and the Bell 47G in the Luftwaffe markings from the movie ...........
I'd sure like to find a 1/72 scale model kit of a Graft & Stift O 120. Roden makes the Opel Blitz bus kits I've found. The bus was an Austrian Gräft & Stift
