The air intake for the TKL 15 turbocharger was under the fuselage, slightly behind the wing's trailing edge. What was under the wings was the coolant radiators.The desing was thoroughly looked over and examined, moving the air intakes to under wing positions, eliminating the intake problems.

Like the Me-262 used as a bomber, would be a good example.
