    Oh, that was nice to watch! As a youngster in the '60's, I used to take the old 'Dak's' for granted at my local airport, but now... wish there were more of them about!

    It's a funny thing, taking stuff for granted. I live now, and did in the 40's and 50's, near Hurn Airport. In those days, there was always an Avro Anson about, Yorks too, Argonauts, and Doves galore. Those were the days.........


    A question, I think this would make a mildly interesting thread, but, being thick I can't work out how to start one...........
