Can anybody help with id of two air force men ?, one is from Canada. a camera. the other a lighter . i found on a web site details a date of 1941, first name Albert Barker. thank you photos posted

When you say "from Canada" do you mean he served with the RCAF? or a Canadian in the RAF? How do you know he's air force? If you share how you got this info it would avoid us going over ground that you already covered.
 
thank you for the reply, long story sorry, i brought the camera from a gentleman, from Yorkshire, ( RAF Skipton-on-Swale ) ? he got the camera from his farther, and he was given the camera, as a boy from a pilot ?, returning to Canada after ww2, i found the id of the name and number (ground crew) serving in the RCAF, which was scratched out, and he was KIA in the middle east. all his family , brothers and sisters, are no longer with us. so putting 2 and 2 together the second owner was RCAF , hope this clears it up ?
details of the first owner. served in 424 sqdn RCAF.
