This part is from B25 which crashed in Lishui China in 1942 after the mission of bombing Japan .This is all I know . Can anyone ID this? Thanks a lot .

It's part 1 and 3 in the illustration Joe provided stuck together. They are the fixed and moving cams as part of the propeller pitch change mechanism of a Hamilton Standard Hydromatic propeller.

Where is it on display in China?
Thank you for your comment . This part is displayed in Lishui museum ."After the bombing of Tokyo that year, except for one of the sixteen B25s that flew to the Soviet Union, the other 15 B25s were forced to land in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Most of the pilots were transferred back to the United States under the protection of the Chinese people." this is what I heard recently .
