Any thoughts what its from Anti Aircraft ?

IMHO that's the disk from a similar device like the Post Instrument (the recording instrument) used by the Royal Observer Corps to establish the
bearing, estimated height and position of aircraft during World War 2. I believe the Naval Observer and Artillery, AA-Artillery , Searchlight units could be as well.
