It looks like a film done by US servicemen in company with IJ uniformed forces. Look at the damaged wing and tail surfaces and the skeletons of buildings in the background. The cameraman looks caucasian and the sign in English suggests an occupied airbase which of course remained in use for many years after. Interesting. Bartsch (Doomed...) cites a P-40 captured during the PI campaign and subsequently flown in a demo flight by POW 1st Lt Charles R. Sneed.
