Another one brought down off the shelf and dusted off. Bought this kit a good ten years ago because I loved the paint scheme, and finally got around to building it around three years ago. It was a pretty basic kit but had good surface detail and went together fairly easily. I still love the paint and decals.

That's something different. I'm working on a Classic Airframes kit right now - the I-153 - and I know what you mean by "basic". I've learned that "low pressure injection" means not so well defined panel lines. Very nice job on this kit. How did you do the rigging? Are the tail markings a decal or are they painted on?

I used stretched sprue for the antenna line with dabs of white glue for the insulators. The tail markings were the kit supplied decals which I cut down a little and finished around the edges with paint. The yellow wing and fuselage bands were painted.

Thanks everyone! :D I've been meaning to post some more of my completed kits, but the timing of my being home during the few minutes of sunlight that reaches my back yard has not worked out recently, so I haven't been able to take pictures. Maybe this weekend.
