I got to see Stone Temple Pilots a few months ago and I just recently went to Ozzfest. rock!

I think I'm going to see Avenged Sevenfold in Tulsa here in a few weeks.

My tickets just arrived for the Doro Pesch concert on December 13, 2008. Man I can not wait to see the first "First Lady of Metal". Doro Pesch is the first woman to fully break into the heavy metal scene back in 1983.

She was the singer of the band Warlock from 1983 to 1987, with songs such as All We Are and tours with The Scorpions and Megadeth made them very popular.

In 1987 the band split up and Doro Pesch started a very successful solo tour.

Anyhow on 13 December 2008 she is celebrating her 25th anniversary in the Metal/Rock world in her home town of Duesseldorf, Germany. It is going to be a great big party with lots of other great acts performing along side her.

-Doro Pesch (it is her anniversary concert...)
-Warlock (in the original line up!)
-Arch Enemy (really good female fronted metal band)
-Leaves Eyes (a really mellow hard rock band fronted by a female)
-Tarja Turunen (Ex singer of Nightwish!!! Probably the most beautiful voice in metal music! Can not wait to see her)
-Warrel Dane - (Singer of the metal band Nevermore)
-Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth (Singer of the metal band Overkill!!!!)
-Udo Dirkschneider (singer of the band U.D.O and Accept!!!!)
-Axel Rudi Pell
-Sabina Classen (singer of the metal band Holy Moses)
-Floor Jansen (singer of metal band After Forever)
-Krypteria
-Saltatio Mortis
-Benedictum
