Coordinates

Good evening, I am an Italian researcher, I need help regarding coordinates that I cannot decipher. They are these: D7 (Target map 4-210-NA).
They are reported like this on the O.R.B. They certainly concern the city of Verona.

Hi, I see that many have looked at the post. This research is very important for us, we are trying to locate three Wellingtons shot down on 11/10/1944 over Verona. For the moment we know the crash of two, but we find no traces of the other.
Are any of you able to tell us what those coordinates correspond to? Thank you.
