The Destroyers of the Night saga continues with the great wall P-61 Black Widow.

Wonderful! I've been thinking about maybe getting me one of those Great Wall kits sometime, but never managed to find a decent build report on it (just in-box reviews and fairly superficial build reports) Looks like the basic airframe should come together fairly quickly without too much hassle

I used spare throttles from spares. I choose to use the monogram pilot and gunner seats instead of the Great Wall sets, i had issues getting them together. The control wheel is from a spare P-38 kit, allot better the over sized control wheel from the G W kit .

The detail looks pretty nice on this kit.

It's OK. But you could create three separate threads. Anyway nice to see you in action again. Keep us updated.

I thought the nose of the P-61 was too short all of a sudden. Great stuff, I love series.

Phew, for a minute there I thought I'd lost my senses. Wouldn't say no to one of those P-61 someday, got to reduce the stash first.

    Nice work though Brian.

anything new yet? Looking at that Great Wall kit, I see they used the same design as Revell did for the seats. Much better wheel wells though. :)
