A great thing D-Wings did on the Lockheed Constellation. My fave part is time index 21:50 to 22:28 such amazing power to be able to stop that fast!

Saw one fly at an airshow years and years ago unfortunately there was no chance to get close on the ground. Got to be the best looking airliner ever.

if I win the lottery, I'm gettin the c-69 Connie from the Pima air and space museum. If I talk the right price with them, they'll possibly let it go. Then I'll hire a bunch of people to restore it to flying condition and flown to Seattle where she'll be painted in the 1944 Howard Hughes TWA livery.
