This is the kit I really wanted to be doing for this build, but I could not find mine. Well I found it this afternoon while talking to Dale on the phone. Heck I found six kits I'd been looking for so I guess It was a very productive day. The reviews on this kit semply state, there is nothing to it, pour a little glue in the box and shake it up, add paint and done.

The Hs129 was ordered by the in Luftwaffe 1939 and was the only true ground attack design from the ground up to be ordered during the war by them. It was produced production run as the B-0, 1, 2, and 3. The B-2 was the largest production run and was most noticeable by the Mk101 or 103 30mm cannon on the lower fuselage of the aircraft. The -3 was the lease produced variant with a PAK 40 7.5cm anti-tank gun in a larger gondola instead of the 30mm.

I'm planing on doing the second plane offered in the kit from 14 (Pz)/SG9 which was a late war aircraft with the Mk103, the 103 replaced the 101 in the production line and was field modified as it carried the same ammunition aa the 101 but fired almost twice as fast.

Thank you gentlemen, now for the first really big question, color! Hasegawa calles for RLM 70, 71 and bottom 65. What say ye "Experts"!

The aircraft seems to be relatively small for a twin engined aircraft of WWII but like the A-10 of the USAF it does seem to be built to a function. I thought it interesting that the 30mm was still the weapon of choice for tank busting from above, though the ammo is a bit different.

The kit is well laid out and looks clean. Kit review have said it is a charm to build. So lets see!
