Gonna do this bird in 1/32 myself...:) It is a Nakajima built Zero, there are a couple of shots of Tanimizu standing next to the fuselage with the Kill markings, there is also an after war shot of it on a scrap heap in a hangar I think?
yep seen those pics of Tanimizu next to his kill markings but not the scrap heap shot.

what differences did Nakajima Zeros have ?

off to hit the books before i get into this one !

Be aware the image Geo posted is a (rebuilt) Mitsubishi built A6M3 the inside surfaces of the main Landing gear covers should be the same as the lower surface colour for Mitsubishi and Nakajima built A6M.
Nakajima built only the A6M2 and A6M5 Zero.
The Blue-Green Aotake would be in the wheel wells and inner surface of the smaller inboard gear cover door for your Nakajima subject.
