I would assume that this tank was produced in the summer-autumn of 1942 at plant No. 112 "Red Sormovo" in Gorky.

The cast "Sormovo" type turret of improved shape with handrails (see drawing), but not yet hexagonal - tank of fall 1942 - spring 1943. Handrails on the hull also speak in favor of the "Sormovo" assembly - see the drawing of the tank assembled in April 1943. But the absence of handrails on the upper frontal armor probably testifies in favor of earlier time of manufacture.


I recognized track pattern as "Stalingrad"-type - until the summer of 1942, plant No. 112 received tracks from Stalingrad, and then gradually established its own production, but in Gor'ky tanks were also repaired, and because of the shortage of tracks, the plant sent teams to collect tracks on battlefields (mainly Stalingrad). Therefore, the "Stalingrad" type track on the "Sormovo" tank is quite possible.
Rubber rimmed roadwheels, as far as I know, were characteristic for the plant 112 - even when other plants already switched (temporarily) to all-steel-wheels ("with internal shock absorption").
Perhaps, the time of assembly should be shifted to a later date: fall-winter 1942 - winter 1943.

PS. Sormovo is a district of the city of Gorky (now Nizhny Novgorod), where the "Krasnoye Sormovo" ("Red Sormovo") plant is located. During the war, the plant had the number 112)
