The squadron mentioned in the title is the Flugzeugführerschule A/B 32.
Unfortuantely, it is not a Heinkel He-51. But also it is not Hentschel ( as stated in the pic caption) or Henschel.
It is the Arado 68 biplane of version F-1 judging by the shape of the engine compartment, the exhaust pipes and the radiator air intake.
