It is the PZL P-11c of the military serial 8.84, the underwing code 647 L flown by Cpl. Antoni Joda. She belonged to the 152nd FS that was a part of the Army "Modlin" in 1939. On the September 10th 1939 Jada had to make a crash landing on the playing field of the Communication Officer Candidate School in Zegrze near Warsaw. The pilot was to check whether the Germans had managed to cross the Bug River in other places between Modlin and Wyszków. The mission was accomplished but the engine of the P-11c was hit while Joda was flying over Zegrze. As a result the emergency landing had to be made on the playing field. Unfortunately the right landing gear was broken out and the plane was crashed. All known pics of the kite show it was burnt by Joda in order to not to be captured by Germans. The pilot returned the squadron on a bike on the same day

That's the PZL P.11a "White 10". The aircraft belonged to the 114th FS and had the underwing number 422-N. On the 6th September 1939 2Lt. Stanisław Szmejla, after the dog fight , made a force landing because of the lack of the fuel at the meadow near the sugar factory in Józefów. The landing gerar was broken on the field covered with molehills and the plane was crashed. The pilot survived. IIRC there is at least one more photo showing the kite.

Here is a shot of the starboard ..
