GM Tonawanda was an old plant (1937) made Pratt and Whitneys during the 2nd war but I think the age of th plant was it's downfall although they still make smaller engines

Except for the elected officials and thier comrades...oops, I meant "select friends"...who'll be driving Hummers, Escalades and Lincolns and other exempt vehicles because of thier "official" status...
