The continuation with pictures from the Deutsches Museum in Munich.
A warning for someone who is planning to visit the museum. From October for about one and a half year, the aviation department is closed for renovation.
All exhibits will be dismantled. Some will be shown in the Flugwerft Schleissheim, the other will be stored.

But now the engines:

The next will be engines in the Flugwerft Schleissheim

Let´s continue with the engines in the Flugwerft.
Most of the pics are taken with an old Digicam, so I excuse me for the quality.

I have some photos of engines of the RAF-Museum in Hendon. Should I show them too?

Please, post what you have after you're done with the bacon :)

Hmmm, the bacon tastes very well :p

I am convinced that other plane crazy people have such pictures too.
So please show it here.

Here is the auxillary blower ( I call it the 1st stage ) of the R-2800 found in the jungle for the P-61 Black Widow being restored at the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum. As you see this engine is not restorable.
