Hi all,here is my entry into the cold war group build it's a F-14a from VF-74

this kit comes with photo etch- parts and steel wheels i've also purchased some resin seats and photo-etch for the interior,but won't receive these for a few more weeks and i will provide photos when i get them.cheers!

Nice choice Bruce. I have recently got the Tomcat fever and been collecting and building as many as I can find (1/144 scale). I look forward to seeing what a real modeler can do with on in 1/48. I even think I have a "Be-Deviler" in 1/144.

hi all ,here is an update on the build so far,not much i'm afraid. I've only filled the sink marks in the air intakes and sanded them back but this afternoon i got the parcel with the resins seats and the photo etch so work will soon begin.

thanks guys ,wayne i'll be taking my time with this one as it is the first time with resin and second with photo etch .here is another update on the build .I have the fuselarge together i have started the interior with the photo etch and started the painting of the resin seats(but they are not yet finished)cheers.
