F-16C Aggressor 1/48?

This F-16C, #85-1413 which is a block 25....

....and this....

....which is also an F-16C, #87-0313, but a block 32....

For what I understand, the block 25's had an Pratt & Whitney F100-PW-200 engine but were later upgraded with a Pratt & Whitney F100-PW-200E and the block 32's had the Pratt and Whitney F-100 engine....
Now, do these two engines have the same exhaust, was there any external differences between the two blocks?

Would this one work for both aggressors?
