Full mission builder??!! i need help

Question, When you bought Il2, did it come with a manual of some sort?? Mine just came in a case, so i've no idea how to use the full mission builder?? Also i'm using a cyborg evo joystick with the built on throttle control lever. Problem is i'm running vista and it won't register the movement of this lever, yet the joystick works fine on all 3 axis?? Any advice is much appreciated...

As for the Windows Vista problem, I'm afraid I can't offer anything. Sorry. A buddy of mine has run into all kinds of problems with it too.
