Gato Class sub

Hello,
I was looking at a gato Class sub model that I was going to make after the USS cobia and I found a detailing kit to go along with it it looks good but I'm wondering how to apply it

The photoetched parts have to be applied with a cyanoacrylate glue ( CA ) , the Superglue for instance. However you may need more of time to set these parts at their correct locations. Therefore the CA should be better a gel that requires more of time to cure and lets to move parts for a longer while..
