Technically a Mk.II is an AS.58, but I will be making a Mk.I in any case... in D-Day markings, but haven't decided on a final identity yet. Possibly PF800, or LF912.

Beauty, cheers guys! I only have a few interior photos collected from magazines and the net, but not much. Anything is appreciated!

Yep Evan, it's a Mk.II.
Far as I know, the main differences were one had explosive bolts to remove the nose and tail, the other had a hinged nose. There were also some small detail changes to doors and i think undercart.

Aye Terry. As far as I know (so far), the Mk.I has the low single nose wheel, twin tow rope attachment points outside of the main undercarriage legs, flatter profile nose and windshield, and shorter fuselage with the explosive bolts to remove nose and tail like you said.
The Mk.II tow rope attachment point was moved to the nose wheel leg, so this was lengthened and strengthened, with twin nose wheels. Tow attachment points were not fitted to the wings. The fuselage was slighter lengthened with the nose hinging open for easier loading, fuselage was also strengthened to transort vehicles, etc, and nose was angled and braced (more of a V- shape in plan). I think there were differences with the doors, but not sure yet. I need the large ramp door for the Mk.I in any case. Still researching...

I've found some drawings and profiles on my hard drive Evan. I'll e-mail them to you some time this week. I presume your e-mail address hasn't changed ?

That would be brilliant Terry, thanks.(Yeah, E-mail address is the same)
Geo, thanks for that. I'm not on 'Faceache' or any other such things, but I'll try and check those out somehow...Cheers!
