Quick boost has a replacement exhaust for the 17 which is a vast improvement.

That He 111 was an enjoyable kit as well.
Built that one.
ICM or did you mean the Monogram

Considering trying to enter this build... brave or stupid again, we'll see.

Italeri 1:72 Ju 88 Mistel 1 Grossbombe (sans fighter Führungsflugzeug for now), OOB save for some minor enhancements.

Kit is started as shown - wings already glued, but not cleaned up. Would anyone object?

I am in need of clarification, dates actually for the c/n of a PV-2 Harpoon.

This one is rather infamous, as it took the lives of 8 people in 1990.
It's construction date is Aug 9, 1945 to quote
"The PV-2 Harpoon with construction number (c/n) 15-1605
was delivered to the US Navy on August 9, 1945, as Bu37257,
with its construction being completed around that date,
as it was a US Navy delivery date."

Now I am not sure if on the day it was lost with all OB that it had
Official markings, I would like to use the ones of the day.

So I need a learned opinion and an Okay or Nay.
The plane in question.

I am not going to claim authority in ruling without being specifically given it. My opinion is that it has to be in markings it had while in service during WW2. If you can at least determine what official squadron markings it would have had it can be done with those. I submitted a hypothetical build in GB52 using squadron markings with my own nose art. I would not like a model of the 1990 version especially if it is not a recreation of a real squadron. I welcome further comment.

The input I would install here would be to confuse the matter. WWII has several "end" dates, the Japanese surrender date, the signing of the surrender aboard the USS Missouri, and the US Army considered occupation forces still in WWII until 1946!
