Another weird thing about that mission was the 109 and my La-5 appeared to be 'shaking'. My La-5 and the 109 stopped shaking once we were both far away. I bet the mission is jinxed, I wasn't able to finish it because every time I tried to shoot down a fighter, my own tracers kept tearing me apart!

A small glitch on landing. It was taxiing perfectly...with no tail...

I also experienced that problem. I strafed a couple of IL-2s and one got both its wings' torn off. I couldn't believe that it was still floating, even without the landing gear.
