Are you sure the DWG number is 6100IAbut not the Dwg 6101A? There should be one or two more digits after the "A". It may be 6 or 12. Judging by the date you posted it is DWG 6101A-12 isn't it?
If I'm correct the prop blade was used with many planes powered by the R- 1340/R-975/R-985 engine series with the 9 ft. 0 in. or 9 ft. 1 in. diameter two-blade props.

IMHO, the most probably aircraft for the prop blade seems to be the North American T-6 Texan , here in the Europe also known as the Harvard.
