    Battleships always reminded me of porcupines with all those guns. Get too close and you're gonna get stung!

    True, but the Battleships were just the be-all end-all of all that is badass!

    Case in point, the Tirpitz (and Bismark) just had that badass look to 'em (almost as cool as the Iowa class BBs) :thumbleft:

    Battleships would be either the Yamato BB or the Iowa class BB. Cruiser would have to the Alaska which I believe was a Battle or Large Cruiser.

    I've always liked the lines of the old diesel subs. Sleek, sexy, they exude a confidence and power and the knowledge that they were built for one purpose and are dam good at that purpose.
