This is a good season with the blue sky and cool wind but we have muggy rainy season soon from June to July but that period is good for the plum harvest. Plum foods are indispensable on our daily dining table.

Pickled plum is too sour for those who are not familiar with it to taste.
If interested in tasting, I would like to recommend "Plum Gum". That is a little sour but sweet enough to enjoy. Its taste is similar to the dried plums produced in China. I love it too.
