Stumbled onto his in an old model magazine. I am more than bit surprised to see how many operators there were of the He112. I had thought they only built about a dozen and used them only to defend the Heinkel factory.

They actually made around 100 of them in total, including prototypes. So yes they flew with quite a few countries considering the smallish production numbers. I think you may be confusing the factory protection flight with the few He 100's used for that purpose.
