He-111H6 This He 111H variant introduced individual exhaust stubs instead of the collective exhaust tubes used on earlier He 111 Hs. The oil cooler air intake is mounted atop the nacelle, while the supercharger air intake is mounted on the starboard side. The engine radiator air intake is located on the lower nacelle.

Color movie

I believe that the He 111 is H-20 WNr. 701413, purportedly found by US forces at Ansbach (R-45), though Frankfurt-Rhein Main cannot be completely ruled out. It was marked B3+CK and once served with KG 54. I first published color photos of this aircraft in AIRFOIL #1 in 1983.
