Hello, my name is Don. I've recently taken an interest in WWII photos. I've found many of my grandfathers in his keepsake chest down in the basement. I'm really hoping to find a photo of the B-24J and nose art of the was a a bombardier on. I believe he earned battle stars for six campaigns? Not truly sure on that. He was attached to the, 13th Bomber, 5th Gp, 394th, 1st or 2nd Lt. Vincent L Dougherty from Catasauqua, PA.
