Help ID aircraft in this Photo partial tail number 134 23478

Happy Holidays: I was hoping someone could ID this plane for me. I can see a tail number but wasn't able to ID the plane the top number appears to be 134 and the bottom number is 23478. I think this is a trainer, but again not sure. Thanks for the help.

That looks like a Fairchild PT-19.
