Help Identify, I think its a gun elevation gearbox and motor from gun turret, Emerson Eicor 250 CE-1?

Hi, new here, first post, have some old military stuff I am trying figure out what it is from. first what I think its a gun elevation gearbox and motor from gun turret, the motor on it is an Emerson Eicor, so thought it might be from a gun turret made by Emerson, the motor is dated April 1945, see pics, thanks for looking
