help me what this round is i found this in 2018 and i called the police and eod came to grab it apparently it is also explosive

To have a better idea of it's caliber and manufacturer, I meant where was the area it was found, like in Germany or Belgium, perhaps?

A general message: any such round might contain live high explosive, unless you can look inside it and see that it is empty. If you can't see it is empty the best course of action is to do what you have done, and call your local police/bomb disposal team.
