Help with identification please (possibly Lancaster)

Hi,

I apologise if this is not the correct place to post this query (I am new to this Forum).

I came across this part in the attic of my late Father's house. He was an RAF navigator on one in WW2 this is why I think it might be from a Lancaster. It has a part number D109432 (G54) so I am hoping that someone out there has a parts list from that era and can positively identify it.

My first impression is that it's not from a Lanc, but not quite sure what it's from.
