So the A6M2 was only capable of 316mph (275knots) at 16400ft (5000 meters)?

It stands for Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers.

I think the max speed are in the japanese standard with engine at rated power not at max power

If I'm reading the chart correctly it gives takeoff power as 2550rpm and normal power as 2500rpm, not much difference at all.

but they nor report the pressure that was +150 at rated power and +250 at max power

As usual, Tomo has an excellent post with some decent numbers. I have a copy of the original source and entered them into Excel, and expanded a bit
