Ikarus Factory in Zemun

My late Croatian grandfather was a student of aerospace at a nearby university and worked at the Ikarus aircraft factory in Zemun-Belgade during German occupation. I'm looking for records (ideally scans of old documents) from the 1940s - preferably payroll, work assignments, etc. to see which aircraft he worked on. Can anyone point me in a good direction? Thank you!
