Good morning - afternoon, night, whatever...

My name is Wily and I interview WW2 fighter pilots and draw their airplanes.

You can learn more about my stuff:
WWII Fighter Plane Profiles

My purpose for this post is two-fold.

1. To ask the question - do any of you have good photographic references of CBI based A-36 Apaches of the 311th FG?

2. Introduce myself - "Hi!"

I realize that it can come across as crass to just pop into a forum and start asking questions, but...I'm in the middle of a project and am stumped on the A-36 markings and hope for no offense.

In the future, I won't post much - but I come in peace, will share information via the email on my blog if I have it and absolutely refuse to get into any discussion on whether the Brewster Buffalo was a good/worthless aircraft. :)

Thank you!

Welcome Wily. Thats what the forum is for, transfer and sharing of info. Though, hopefully after a while, you do join in the fun!
