Is there a book that condenses all of the fighter comparisons/combat evaluations/mock dogfights?

Have a look at Eric Brown's "Duels in the Sky"

Not a book, but there is a number of comparison tests here.

Thank you TOMO PAUK. THat is one of my favorite sites. I like the individual performance tests, but I REALLY like when they test different aircraft against each other like they do here:

Thank you Buffnut453, I just got that one a few weeks ago. I was actually a bit disappointed in that book. I thought it was a series of flyoffs between all the major fighters, but it turned out to be just a big chat session. Some interesting stuff, but not what I expected.
