    Here is a P-38 Lightning captured by Italian forces in WW II. KIt is from Airfix to 1/72 scale. The wing markings may not be accurate as the one bad photo I have, doesn't show the wings. There are stories of an Italian Airman inserting himself into Allied formations and shooting them up but I cannot verify it. Looks pretty good to me in theses markings.

    Thanks for the info. This is the photo I hade. I couldn't find that site. I never thought of adding "Airfix" to my search. Ill have to make some mods.
