Can anyone tell me anything about these? They measure 14 inches by 11 inches in size. Also what do they say?

That shop is on top of Mt. Fuji? Wow!
Yes... Fuji-san is quite climbable... approximately 300,000 people climbed Mount Fuji in 2009.

There are 4 routes, with 10 huts (or stations) along each route that supply water, food, etc to climbers., the 10th being the summit.
Busses and cars can reach the 5th hut on each route, and there are tractor paths along the routes from there up to allow supplies etc to be brought to the huts without interfering with the foot traffic.
