What is the source of your information? I found something suspicious nearby: 02/24/1942 werk nr 2961 vs 02/23/1942 werk nr 2962

Agreed - both locations of the mentioned losses of SN°2961 and SN°2962 are close by:
SN°2961 - Staraja Russa (N57.9921824 E31.3288195)
SN°2962 - Salutsche (= today Zaluchye N57.66563 E31.7612641)

... but the part clearly tells "Werk Nr. 2962"...

The aircraft was most likely based at Korov'ye-Selo (Source) to support the Demyansk airlift (Source).

I would strongly assume the 4 missing dog tags will be found at the crash site as the aircraft was reported to be a loss due to enemy fire.
