Wow - it looks like they knew they had a problem, it appears the down lock did not engage.

That's a USAF aircraft ! Wonder why the pilot didn't try to bounce the nose gear down with a hard landing on the
mains ?? Oh well, any landing you can walk away from...........

Perhaps they did on earlier attempts as we only saw the 'final' landing. Damage would appear to have been slight so I expect it to be back in service and on duty fairly soon.

If you notice right at touchdown the nose gear looked like it was just dangling when the pilot initially put pressure on it.

BTW - the aircraft was a C-12

I really liked how they hoped off like nothing happened. Nice landing!
