Lancaster off the Starboard Bow

Two years ago, my lovely understanding wife and I went
to Windsor, Canada to visit friends....Now my friend knew
that I have this passion for military museums...So she said
that nearby was one of the best...As we are driving towards it,
off in the distance is the sound of piston aircraft engines...And as
I watch here comes a Lanc flying on approach to the field
we are heading to...I start snapping pics with my 35mm ...And telling all
in the car that what they are seeing is a rarity...By chance we are there as
this Lanc is returning from Toronto

I will download the pics of this Lanc and the rest of the shots tomorrow

you poor guys I see it every nice Saturday as its standard route is few laps over the house I wish they would swap it with the Catalina whose route takes it over Toronto . The one is taken from my back yard the other from the place I help out at . Unfortunately I said I'll get another pic but I didn't

yeah thats the Mynarski Lanc believe it or not am not tired of seeing it I just wish they'd swop the routes between the Cat and Lanc every now and then
